Nature of This Resource

This is a private reference site. It is not part of Stanton County government, the Sheriff’s Department, a neighboring host jail, KDOC, BOP, or ICE. The site does not keep official custody files, cannot confirm a person’s live status, cannot cause a release, and cannot submit court or agency documents for a visitor.

Its pages explain where official inmate, release, court, supervision, and corrections resources may be found. Some pages also connect visitors with independent research tools. Those functions do not turn the site into the record custodian or make a third party’s response an official Stanton County record.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use must remain lawful, respectful, and technically reasonable. By accessing the site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the site while violating federal, Kansas, or local law.
• Use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass another person.
• Use site content for employment, housing, lending, insurance, or another eligibility decision.
• Try to enter accounts, systems, data, or restricted areas without authorization.

Stanton County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not offer credit reports, consumer reports, or background checks. Advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use information found here or through a linked tool for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection, a lease decision, or housing screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance premiums.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other purpose governed by the FCRA.

A link is provided for navigation and does not endorse the destination. We do not control another site’s content, availability, security, prices, or data practices. Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a source is identified as belonging to someone else, the site’s original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Stanton County Released Inmates or its content partners. You may not copy, republish, distribute, alter, or exploit those materials without prior written permission. Government records reached through links remain subject to the rules of their issuing offices.

Revisions to These Conditions

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted on this page. Continued use after posting means that you accept the updated conditions, so review this page when your use depends on a particular term.

Suspension or Loss of Access

Kansas Law Controls

These conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to rules that would select another jurisdiction’s law. Any dispute concerning these conditions or use of the site must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kansas. Kansas open records are governed in part by the Kansas Open Records Act, K.S.A. 45-215 et seq., but that law does not make this private site a public agency or records custodian.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
